Get Enough Sleep

Yesterday was a hec of a battle in the office.... with sleepiness.
I struggled for 8 long hours.... the root cause is not getting
enough sleep.
Only slept for 5 hours or so... results - zombie in the office.
Never plan to do that again anymore!

I wonder how some people have no respect to life.... it seems that they have no conscience at all. Maybe their minds are all darkened with evil and clouded with pure devilish thoughts.

It saddens me to read this news.
