Air pollution in Metro Manila

Very early in the morning.. about past 5AM....



My lungs are inhaling the polluted air every time I go to my work place.
With almost 25 million living in the metro... air pollution is a sure thing!

Nothing much for today...

It's 3 in the morning... not really!

4 million families with hungry stomachs in the Philippines in the past 3 months..

No food on the plate to serve.. since the overpopulated metro Manila boasts of
24 million Filipinos thus congesting the entire city. Leaving most of them unemployed, undernourished, and unproductive.
The leaders of this nation must act to solve this Goliath we are facing. Rather than sitting on their rest houses and sipping coffee all day long.

So I got to see Sarah every morning... beautiful young lady with an angelic voice..
I wonder if she drinks her milk in the morning?

I love Manila mornings after few days of hard rain (not during the hard and heavy rains.. when traffic is not moving and the murky flood suddenly appears tsk tsk tsk)..

Clear blue skies with colourful hues of hand painted skies...
Fresh air that you can breath...
And the best part is cooler temperature in the evening..

Had a chance to cook last night... and the recipe was Chicken Adobo...
After 20 minutes... its time to eat!

But after tasting the Adobo that I cooked... my nanay's Adobo is far
better than mine... ha ha ha
Maybe mothers always cooks best! Just a thought.
